Return and Refund

1. **Returns:**
- We accept returns within 10 days of the purchase date.
- Brand New Items: Items must be in their original condition, with no significant signs of wear, and all original tags attached.
- Thrifted Items: Due to the nature of thrifted items, slight variations and imperfections are part of the charm and are not considered defects.

- Strictly no refund or return for sale items.


2. **Refunds:**
- Refunds will be issued as store credit.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for the store credit to reflect in your account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. **Exchanges:**
- Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers can return the item and place a new order.

4. **Defective or Not as Described Items:**
- If you receive an item that is defective or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue for prompt assistance.

5. **Return Shipping:**
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. **Unique Nature of Thrifted Items:**
- Thrifted items may have unique characteristics and may not be in brand-new condition. We strive to accurately describe each item's condition and encourage customers to review product descriptions and images before purchasing.
